O&NCCS believes in a caring society where everyone has the potential and ability to be self-supportive and productive in the large community. When challenges occur in life and one is unable to function as expected, he/she still need support so that they can transition to normal functioning. Children and youths care is becoming a huge challenge needing specialized skills and training to be able to support them as they transition back to their potential functioning.
O&NCCS is a go to service provider providing multiple services in relation to children, youths, and seniors. O&NCCS is also special in providing full time, permanent and casual support staff to care facilities, supporting individuals with disabilities when there is a gap. Our team is made up of support workers, health care aids, child and youth care workers.
Your health and well-being are our priorities, we are empathetic and compassionate and we care for the individuals we support by providing personal care, recreational activities, house chores, routines, walks, physical activities, medication administrations, appointments, and positive relationships between clients and their families, and G-tube feeding to persons under our care, etc.
O&N Care Services supports people with disabilities by using a strength-based
strategy, trauma-informed, non-violent crisis response, and a holistic viewpoint.
When a gap appears, we will provide you with the following workers at a
reasonable rate. To meet the expanding demand for health personnel in the sector,
we offer experienced and qualified full-time, casual, and part-time employees.
