Cleaning Service

We provide all necessary cleaning supplies free of charge when you select the option “Use Cleaner Supplies” in Question 3. If you require a specific product, please provide it for us. We do not carry a step stool, toilet bowl brush, or industrial mops. For sanitary reasons, we only use a Swifter for mopping floors, clorox wipes etc. 

Customers can cancel or reschedule anytime as long as it’s outside of 24hrs of the booking without a fee. Within 24 hrs a rescheduling or cancellation fee of $30.00 will apply. In the event a customer decides to cancel on the same day of a clean, they will be charged 25% cancellation fee of the charge.

If the clean was not canceled and the cleaner arrives to clean, the clean will be charged in full. If the cleaner arrives and no authorization was made to the front desk, the cleaning will be charged in full.

Customers are responsible for rescheduling or canceling cleans through the O & N Cleaning

live chat/email. Emails sent to O & N Cleaning to reschedule or cancel a clean are valid and will be responded to.

Yes! You can request to have the same cleaner or a new cleaner may be assigned. Please be sure to include whom you want in the comments box. If you REQUESTED a specific CLEANER, we’ll try our best to assign them to you. When you book a recurring clean we always assign the same cleaner.

Our flat bedroom pricing includes the number of bedrooms selected, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. Our team of professional house cleaners will perform a routine cleaning by dusting and surface cleaning all rooms, the outside of all appliances, bathrooms, and kitchens; sweeping and mopping all floors, vacuuming carpeted areas and rugs, making beds, emptying garbage, and light dusting each of your horizontal surfaces such as counters and/or tables.

Yes! Please book your cleaning as the Hourly Service (Custom Clean ) package which allows you to book cleaners by the hour. Please make sure to include what you want cleaned in the Special Instructions in Question 9.
